🎓 More than a month ago, we celebrated the Empathy AI Challenge 2025 awards ceremony at the Empathy.co offices.
Organizing this event was a very special experience for me, which is why I wanted to share this post, originally written in Spanish, the language I speak every day and feel closest to.

I’ve always loved organizing events, it’s something I’m good at and enjoy the process of. That’s why I thank Empathy for the opportunity to build this event from scratch, being able to plan and decide on every detail exactly the way I felt it should be.
While preparing it, I couldn’t help but remember what I experienced years ago, when I took part in the challenge as a student. That experience felt very special to me, and this time it was my turn to be on the other side, with all the excitement and responsibility that comes with it.
I had the support of many people, both within Empathy (design, GenAI, DevOps, web teams…) and outside of it, and that was essential for everything to go well, because working as a team and with respect is what makes us strong 😉
On the day of the ceremony, everything flowed smoothly and the attendees really enjoyed it. I think I rose to such a special occasion, though they made it easy with their interest and participation.
🎁 The reason it took me a while to talk about this is that we were preparing a surprise:
Now the official challenge website has a section featuring all the winners and participants, which will remain as a reminder of all the effort and talent on display:
Thank you to everyone who made this edition possible 😊
