Privacy Policy

What data this website collects and how it is used

This website is my personal space, and I care about privacy as much online as I do in my work. Here’s a plain-language summary of what happens with your data when you visit.

Comments

Comments are powered by Cusdis, a privacy-first commenting system. You can leave a comment with just a nickname; adding an email is optional and the information will only be used to notify me of your comment and be public when the comment is published. Cusdis does not track visitors or build advertising profiles.

Analytics and cookies

I don’t use any analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and I don’t set any cookies of my own.

Embedded content

Some posts and pages embed YouTube videos. If you play one, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and collect data according to Google’s privacy policy. Links to external sites (LinkedIn, GitHub, event pages, etc.) are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.

Hosting

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, so GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address as part of serving the site, per GitHub’s privacy statement.
